    Tram has over 25 years business leadership in multinational environments, having lived in, and/or held C-suite executive positions with P&L and growth accountability across 4 continents North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, from privately held start-ups, SMEs to publicly listed Fortune 500 organizations. She has built a reputation for innovative strategic thinking, successful building of alliances and networks to to achieve greater scale.

    She is currently the CEO founder of VITANLINK, a global Health & Technology group dedicated to finding SMEs first mover's advantage and delivering their next key milestones by co-founding, co-developing, matching emerging promising global health and deep tech solutions in a fast timeframe with international market opportunities, She has founded, co-founded, mentored and advised over 30 high-impact high growth businesses from fintech, media, retail to healthcare within a 6 year-span bringing raw technology to seed, post-seed businesses to new markets and segments.

    In 2010 as the General Manager at Welch Allyn France (France Metropole, French-speaking Africa and French overseas territories) and a member of the EMEA management Board with a full P&L accountability, she realigned profit results with corporate strategy gaining board trust. During her tenure, she conducted both a 100% culture and organizational transformation and a 100% commercial channel turnaround paving the way for later acquisition by Hill-Rom. Prior to that, she quickly moved at Johnson &Johnson Diagnostics from a Regional Executive Committee to an EMEA Management Board Member position with P&L accountability in a $400M division. During her 10-year J&J tenure, she injected strategic thinking into the company’s product marketing approach, gained the EMEA board decision to create and launch lean consulting services that increased the group’s overall profitability by $ 6 MM within a year. Tram was awarded the Johnson & Johnson Standards of Leadership Awards in 2002 and 2005.

    In her early career in 1994, she contributed to the launch of EY Audit Vietnam before joining EY Paris Audit office.

    She currently serves on the board of international privately-held organizations and not-for-profit foundations: AccuHealth Holding Ltd, a private telemedicine company headquartered in Canada, the CEPS think tank’s eHealth club, EIC Corporation an international DO-tank boosting access to financial education, investment litteracy and entrepreneurship in Africa and Droon, a private venture in blockchain technology applied to Quality and Security, Digital Identity and Traceability, Collaboration Management and shared Data. She is a recognized health mentor or expert at global acceleration programs such as Endeavor Global, Big Booster or European Horizon 2020 PCP Assessment.

    Based in France, Paris, Tram is multilingual in French, English, Vietnamese and German. She is a member of the NACD national association of corporate directors , headquartered in the US and of the Financial Times NED club of London in the UK
